I
have arrived at my passion to paint through an education
and career in Landscape Architecture. After spending 14 years
at a drafting table I am trying to break the inclination
towards hard and straight lines. I am striving to become
a more impressionistic painter. I began painting in 1996
with watercolor and in 2004 I began experimenting with oil
paints with the intention of going back to watercolor. It
just hasn’t happened yet. I
love oil paints and the freedom they offer for changing colors
and composition.
